Key Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
Requirements: Three-plus years of retail or customer service experience
Leadership responsibility with strong people leadership skills
Solid sales and operational skills
Valid cannabis selling certification such as Selling It Right
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
