Northview seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Residential team, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The work covers suite repairs, building upkeep, inspections, minor renovations, and responsive maintenance. You will support residents, complete work orders, and help maintain property condition through safe, timely service.
Key Responsibilities: Complete drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance or safety concerns
Respond to work orders and after-hours emergencies
Document completed work, materials, deficiencies,



and follow-up
Maintain grounds, common areas, tools, and equipment
Requirements: Experience in building, property maintenance, or related work
Hands-on knowledge of minor building repairs and preventative maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize work orders and emergency situations
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation where required
