Cogir Senior Living seeks a working manager to guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support. You will maintain equipment reliability, protect building condition, and support a positive retirement community experience. The role partners with the Executive Director and residence leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Guide environmental services, housekeeping, and maintenance support
Perform hands-on environmental tasks and repairs when required
Maintain building systems, equipment reliability, and physical condition
Support resident, employee, and guest safety
Implement environmental sustainability practices within the residence
Requirements: Minimum three years’ environmental services or maintenance experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and emergency systems
Experience managing and leading teams considered an asset
Facility management program enrollment or trades license
JHSC and working-at-heights certification, or willingness to obtain
Bring technical maintenance, team leadership, and resident-focused service to Cogir’s Sunwood retirement community in Maple Ridge.
