Your work combines optical acumen, customer service, product knowledge, and careful use of technology. You will support complex prescriptions while crafting eyewear that meets customer needs and standards.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and set clear expectations
Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses
Record measurements and adjust eyewear accurately
Assist with complex products and prescriptions
Maintain organized, attractive, and clean store areas
Requirements: State licensure as an optician
Optical dispensing experience
High school graduation or equivalent
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators
Use optical dispensing, technology, and customer service skills to deliver high-quality eyewear experiences at LensCrafters.
