Serve guests and prepare beverages as a Grab & Go Cashier at Refresh Café, supporting accurate POS transactions and welcoming service.

Under the Manager’s direction, this cashier serves and cashes out guests throughout the Westway Campus. The work includes answering questions, recommending food and beverages, preparing hot and cold drinks, and maintaining presentation standards. You will also support product stocking, food safety, and clean service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create positive guest experiences through service interactions
- Answer questions and recommend food, beverages, and services
- Prepare cold and hot beverages to standard
- Enter guest information accurately into the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, stocking, and product rotation

Requirements:

- Valid Serve Right Certification or willingness to obtain
- High attention to detail and cleanliness
- Passion for customer service and guest engagement
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure
- Robust oral and written communication skills
