This position can be performed ineither one of our offices in St. John's, Clarenville, or Gander, NL.The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and advisory support to the Human Resources function, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently across the organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHR Administration & Employee LifecycleMaintain accurate, complete and confidential employee files, HR records, and HRIS information.Employee Relations & HR AdvisoryEnsure consistent and fair application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.Performance Management & Employee DevelopmentAssist leaders in identifying employee development opportunities and building individual development plans.Recruitment & Onboarding SupportCoordinate administrative aspects of the hiring and onboarding process.Compensation, Advantages & Payroll SupportAssist with employee benefit administration, enrolment, changes, and related documentation.Health, Safety & Workplace CultureSupport the organization's health and safety programs in partnership with operational leaders.Business Partnership & HR ProgramsBuild strong working relationships with managers and leadership teams.Understand operational priorities and provide practical HR solutions that support business objectives.QualificationsPost-secondary education in Human Resources,
