Deliver mail across Etobicoke as a Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier, using safe driving and organized delivery skills. This temporary role is on-call relief.
Canada Post is recruiting three dependable, organized Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers for various communities. You will work independently while sorting, collecting, and delivering mail safely and promptly. The position requires operating a motor vehicle in changing weather and traffic conditions, securing mail, and learning local roads, customers, and delivery receptacles.
Key Responsibilities: Sort, collect, and deliver mail items safely and timely
Learn local roads, customers, and delivery receptacles
Keep mail safely secured while in possession




Process Change of Address and other CPC services
Wear visible Canada Post identification during deliveries
Requirements: Valid permanent provincial Class 5 or G driver’s license
Satisfactory safe driving record with driver’s abstract
Experience making deliveries in diverse conditions
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in traffic
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bring safe driving, organized delivery, and independent work skills to Canada Post’s on-call Etobicoke mail carrier assignment.
