Student Housing & Hospitality Services seeks a temporary part time General Helper under a Dining Hall Supervisor or Chef. The position supports cleanliness in kitchens and dining halls across Bishop Mountain Hall, Royal Victoria College, and Douglas Hall. Duties require communication, reading, and writing in English and French.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of cooking utensils and equipment
Clean and maintain the kitchen area
Perform tasks directed by the Supervisor or Chef
Work day, evening, or night schedules as needed
Support weekend schedules from Sunday through Saturday
Requirements: High School Leaving Diploma
Three months of related experience
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate, read, and write English and French
Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec
Bring kitchen cleanliness, communication, and bilingual English-French skills to McGill University dining facilities as a General Helper.
