Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CRM Project Manager plans, implements, and manages CRM projects. You will define customer needs, develop strategies, and coordinate resources. The work involves sales, training, activation, data, and information technology teams. Solid project management, CRM knowledge, communication, and analytical skills support successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Plan kickoff and pre-launch meetings for customer onboarding
Gather project information and update project cards
Coordinate internal requests and training invitations
Manage stakeholders, timelines,



risks, quality assurance, and testing
Inspect delivered configurations and provide post-implementation support
Requirements: Experience in the automotive industry and project management
Experience in customer support software
Fluency in English and French
Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong customer focus
