Key Responsibilities: Write work orders for sales and service transactions
Take service calls and dispatch Tire Service Technicians
Invoice completed sales and services, then process payments
Monitor service activities for timely first-in, first-out completion
Maintain clean, marketable product and service displays
Requirements: Previous experience in a leadership position
Retail or commercial tire and automotive experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
Computer literacy and solid communication skills
Basic mechanical and tire understanding
