FirstService Residential seeks a proactive, people-focused Service Manager for an assigned condominium portfolio. You will oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping and Superintendent services while maintaining contract requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and Standing Orders. The position requires operational judgment, explicit communication, staffing coordination and dependable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee service delivery across assigned condominium properties
Conduct property visits, inspections and quality assurance reviews
Identify operational risks and prioritize competing site needs
Maintain staffing, documentation,



supplies and equipment readiness
Communicate performance, concerns and improvement plans to clients
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant leadership experience
Employee supervision in hospitality, facilities or service environments
Experience coordinating staffing, service quality and client relationships
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
