Key Responsibilities: Prioritize care for individual or groups of patients
Delegate care appropriately and monitor delegated outcomes
Respond to simultaneous demands in clinical practice
Perform independently and within the healthcare team
Maintain concentration amid frequent interruptions
Requirements: Recent, related mental health experience as RPN or RN
Approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing or Registered Nursing program
Active CRPNM or CRNM registration and proof
CPR training meeting Employer policy requirements
Moderate to heavy physical effort required
