As an Accessories Design Assistant, you will support Designers and Senior Designers across multiple product types. The full-time role covers seasonal concepts, technical precision, and refined craftsmanship. Your work will help communicate design intent, construction, materials, and functionality across cross-functional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Research global cultural, aesthetic, and guest preference trends
Create sketches, CADs, line sheets, and presentations
Maintain colour deliverables for cross-functional handover
Record fitting notes and update styles accordingly
Organize files, samples, and design space materials
Requirements: Zero to two years of industry experience
BA, BFA, or BS in Design, or equivalent
Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Ability to communicate ideas verbally and visually
Strong organizational and creative thinking skills
Support lululemon accessories design through Adobe Suite, technical communication, organized records, and thoughtful product development.
