Unity Health Toronto seeks an Occupational Therapist for Providence Healthcare’s Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation program. You will assess and treat impaired occupational performance through meaningful self-care, productivity, and leisure activities. Services include consultation, discharge planning, patient education, and family support.
Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat patients with impaired occupational performance
Provide consultation, discharge planning, and occupational therapy education
Collaborate with interprofessional disciplines for comprehensive patient care
Identify educational needs among patients and families




Participate in quality improvement and organizational research
Requirements: Current Ontario occupational therapy license in positive standing
Master’s Degree or substantial equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Current BLS certification or probationary completion
MoCA certification or probationary completion when required
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Apply occupational therapy expertise in stroke rehabilitation through patient-centred assessment, treatment, education, and interprofessional care at Providence Healthcare.
