This permanent Warehouse Team Leader position belongs to Richelieu Hardware Ltd. You will oversee warehouse and packaging employees, coordinate daily operations, and support strategic planning. The work includes training, reporting, scheduling, inventory control, and facility efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, schedule, develop, evaluate, and discipline warehouse staff
Ensure personnel, equipment, training, and building operations remain ready
Monitor orders, credit notes, returns, receiving, and rack placement
Maintain accurate picking, shipping, packaging, and inventory processes




Promote workplace safety and comply with WSIB regulations
Requirements: High school diploma required
Minimum three years of warehouse experience
College degree preferred with some accounting knowledge
Computer experience with Microsoft Office, JDE AS-400, and warehouse systems
Forklift, safety, first aid, and CPR certifications noted
Bring warehouse supervision, inventory control, safety leadership, and operational coordination to Onward Hardware’s Kitchener facility.
