The Integrated Health Nurse Manager provides operational leadership across residential programs supporting people with complex health, behavioural, and support needs. Working with Support Workers, families, regulated health professionals, and community partners, this role promotes inclusion, safeguarding, accountability, and quality support practices. Responsibilities include person-directed services, individualized support planning, and responsive support approaches.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for assigned residential programs
Support person-directed services promoting dignity and inclusion
Coordinate staffing, scheduling, documentation,



and program organization
Conduct site visits monitoring safety and service quality
Participate in on-call and urgent health-related support
Requirements: Specialized knowledge of medication management
Knowledge of delegated health supports
Understanding of responsive support approaches
Experience with individualized support planning
Ability to collaborate with health professionals and families
Bring nursing leadership, health coordination, and person-directed practice to residential programs at Rygiel Supports for Community Living.
