Manage CMH infrastructure in Banff through Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra, and hands-on troubleshooting. This is an in-person, full time year-round position.
As Systems Administrator, you will own server infrastructure, endpoints, and Entra while serving as a technical subject matter expert. The position provides Tier 2 support and mentorship, manages infrastructure changes, and implements cybersecurity best practices. Occasional on-call work and travel to remote CMH locations are required.
Key Responsibilities: Administer servers, storage systems, and related software
Manage Active Directory and Entra ID as team subject matter expert
Provide Tier 2 support and technical mentorship
Install and test server, network, and endpoint hardware




Manage backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure upgrades
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field
Three-plus years of professional office experience
Two-plus years supporting server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure
Full Class 5 driving license
Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, or telephony is an asset
Bring infrastructure administration, technical communication, and cybersecurity expertise to CMH's mountain operations in Banff and remote locations.
