Support full-day early learning as a Temporary Early Childhood Educator, partnering with classroom teachers in a classroom setting.
The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board seeks an Early Childhood Educator to plan and implement Kindergarten programming. You will support holistic development, student supervision, assessment, documentation, and communication. The position also includes age-appropriate extended day programming as required.
Key Responsibilities: Plan full-day early learning programs with classroom teachers
Implement play-based Kindergarten learning opportunities
Observe, monitor, and document student learning and behaviours
Support coping skills, self-regulation, and positive interactions




Provide supervision and guidance during daily routines
Requirements: Completed Early Childhood Education program or equivalent
Minimum two years’ experience working with children
Active Ontario College membership in valuable standing
Knowledge of Ministry of Education Kindergarten documents
Ability to physically assist children as required
Bring early learning, communication, and classroom collaboration skills to support children’s cognitive, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
