Key Responsibilities: Analyze medical, personal, and financial application information
Assess and classify risks using underwriting guidelines
Make decisions within authority and submit excess files




Explain decisions clearly to advisors and physicians
Improve underwriting quality, efficiency, and consistency
Requirements: At least three years’ individual life underwriting experience
Existing signing authority for life and critical illness insurance
Analytical, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of medicine and insurance risk factors
ALU certificate or commitment to obtain it
