This full time Customer Service - Counter Sales position is based at 2615 Moray Pl in Courtenay, British Columbia. You will interpret customer needs, troubleshoot issues, recommend products, and maintain order accuracy. The Monday-to-Friday schedule provides 40 hours weekly without weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent service to incoming branch customers
Interpret needs and recommend products or solutions
Prepare quotations and support customer sales
Assemble orders and maintain accurate stock records
Assist shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse maintenance
Requirements: High school completion
One or more years of customer service experience is an asset
Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate respectfully
Bring customer service, product recommendations, and organized counter sales support to E.B. Horsman & Son customers in Courtenay.
