As Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate Equipment Maintainers, Electrical Technicians, and Mechanical Technicians. Your work supports reliable commuter coaches and locomotives through organized repairs, inspections, servicing, and maintenance scheduling. Experience with unionized environments, Maximo, and Kronos is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Review workloads and assign staff to repairs and inspections
Assign employees to trips, brake tests, and equipment servicing
Audit staff work and completed maintenance tasks
Ensure materials are available in office for repairs




Monitor work orders in Maximo and employee timekeeping in Kronos
Requirements: Grade 12 required; post-secondary education preferred
Commuter coach and locomotive maintenance experience mandatory
Maintenance team management experience or understanding
Supervisory experience in a unionized maintenance environment
Ontario G driver’s licence and rotating-shift flexibility required
Support Alstom rail operations through maintenance leadership, organized scheduling, and commuter coach and locomotive repair expertise in Etobicoke.
