Intellectual Property

Assist with the protection and management of the company's intellectual property, including software, trademarks and copyrights

Review intellectual property provisions in commercial, supplier and partner agreements, seeking guidance from senior colleagues where needed

General Legal Support

Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Service Support, HR and Finance

Assist with contract interpretation and queries relating to contractual rights, obligations and potential risks

Support the Legal team with a range of other legal matters, including employment law, intellectual property and data privacy

A legal qualification or relevant legal training is preferred

Experience with a range of commercial agreements, such as NDAs, customer and supplier contracts, and other business agreements

An understanding of general legal principles and an interest in developing knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR

Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is an advantage but is not essential
