As Regional Human Resources Manager, you will partner with operational leaders across multi-site operations. Guide workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compliance, succession planning, and organizational change. Support employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, organizational performance, and safety excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary HR partner for regional business leaders
Guide investigations, accommodations, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Lead regional HR initiatives, policies, programs, and processes




Champion safety culture and coordinate corporate safety programs
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
Three years in senior HR leadership or partnership roles
Robust understanding of employment legislation across Western Canada
Exceptional influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Bring strategic HR partnership, employee relations expertise, and safety leadership to ASSA ABLOY Canada’s Western Canadian operations.
