You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, manage daily store operations, and mentor associates to deliver strong sales results in a dynamic retail environment. You will recruit, train and coach team members, ensure adherence to AEO standards, and foster a Guest First culture while maximizing KPI performance across selling floors and fittings rooms.
