The role focuses on coordinating customer orders, preparing cell-based products for shipment, and supporting routine cell culture while working closely with laboratory, production, customer service and shipping teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
