Key Responsibilities: Support Sourcing, Sustainability, and Global Fulfillment teams
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Advise on global supply chain legal and commercial risks
Guide sustainability commitments, disclosures, and supplier requirements




Support responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance initiatives
Requirements: J.D. or LL.B. from a recognized university
Good standing with a Canadian or US law society
Five-plus years of legal experience
Strong complex commercial agreement negotiation experience
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities
