The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County seeks an RPN for its residences in Windsor and Erie Shores. This front-line position delivers patient-centered end-of-life care through individualized care plans, medication administration, wound care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role supports patients and families while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and families using eight palliative care domains
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and provide advanced wound treatments
Manage palliative emergencies, symptoms,



hydration, and nutrition concerns
Educate patients and families about end-of-life care
Requirements: Registration in positive standing as an RPN with CNO
At least three years of palliative, oncology, or end-of-life experience
Proficiency in pain and symptom management
CPR certification with annual maintenance
Availability for rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays
