Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through furniture and décor choices
Open, prepare, and close the store
Train and coach team members
Support stock and merchandising operations
Maintain store performance, visual standards, and cleanliness
Requirements: At least two years of retail sales experience
Experience in customer service leadership
Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Ability to work 30 to 40 hours weekly
