Key Responsibilities: Direct housekeeping operations across hotel and Event Centre areas
Supervise, train, appraise, motivate, and discipline housekeeping staff
Inspect public areas and cleaned rooms for standards
Prepare schedules and control daily staffing assignments
Coordinate guest requests, maintenance work orders, and contractors
Requirements: High school diploma or work related equivalent
Minimum three years hotel housekeeping experience
Minimum three years supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work wide-ranging shifts and lift approximately 50 pounds
