This temporary six-month, full-time position supports Member Connect from the Kelowna Hub. You will provide transactional support, uncover financial needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build trusted member relationships. The work includes everyday banking, short-term credit, digital tools, and referrals for complex needs.
Key Responsibilities: Identify advisory opportunities during everyday banking transactions
Discover goals involving savings, credit, insurance, and investments
Recommend banking solutions and initiate lending conversations
Open personal and business accounts for members




Coach members on mobile, online, and ATM tools
Requirements: Two to three years in financial services or advisory roles
Post-secondary business or finance education preferred
Solid everyday banking and foundational lending knowledge
Excellent communication and member-first interpersonal skills
Advanced digital literacy and coaching ability
Support Beem members through everyday banking advice, tailored referrals, digital coaching, and trusted financial guidance.
