This Driver FT Incentive position supports Leon’s Furniture Limited transportation operations. You will transport goods or passengers, manage assigned routes, maintain delivery records, and communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers. The role emphasizes traffic-law compliance, company policies, vehicle care, and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities: Operate company vehicles within scheduled delivery timeframes
Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
Report mechanical issues promptly to appropriate contacts
Record deliveries, mileage, fuel use, incidents, and delays




Update dispatchers, supervisors, and customers about service issues
Requirements: Valid Canadian licence for the vehicle class operated
Clean driving record without recent violations or accidents
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Physical ability to load and unload when necessary
Basic literacy and numeracy for logs and communication
Use safe driving, route management, inspections, and customer communication to deliver reliable transportation service with LFL Group.
