Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, this Marketing Coordinator supports commercial marketing and business development goals. The role requires three to five years of professional design experience, solid organization, and clean, corporate-modern design. You will help maintain consistent visual brand execution across regional and national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Create sophisticated visual assets for regional and national campaigns
Develop pitch decks, RFP responses, and client presentations
Coordinate design projects from briefing through distribution




Create multimedia content for LinkedIn and digital platforms
Assist with website landing page design and layout
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field
Three to five years of professional design experience
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Portfolio demonstrating clean, corporate-modern design
Professional services or marketing agency experience considered an asset
Use creative judgment, organization, and brand stewardship to support Stewart McKelvey’s marketing work from Halifax.
