Drive luxury retail sales at MONTBLANC through client development, product knowledge, and exceptional service in the boutique. Support daily operations and customer relationships.
As Key Holder, you hold individual responsibility for achieving preset sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. You will build clientele, capture client information, and maintain strong knowledge of MONTBLANC collections. The position also includes easy pen repair, after-sales service, boutique presentation, and operational support when management is absent.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve preset individual sales objectives
Develop clientele networks and boutique relationships
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain store aesthetic quality
Open and close the boutique as required
Requirements: Previous retail sales experience
Luxury or jewelry sales experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
