Key Responsibilities: Assist clients, visitors, and mall staff as a liaison
Conduct regular patrols throughout the mall property
Enforce property rules for visitors and clients
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Complete accurate reports and incident documentation
Requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
Previous mall or tactical security experience preferred
Strong verbal, written communication, and report-writing skills
