Filterbuy, a leader in air quality and manufacturing, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our wholesale operation. This role focuses on pick, pack, and prepare wholesale custom orders, boxing, labelling, light data entry, and quality checks to ensure wholesale customers receive the correct product on time.

Shift Schedule (Mandatory):

Days: Thursday to Sunday (Enjoy 3 days off Monday–Wednesday!)

Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Overtime: Paid in accordance with the ESA where applicable.

Compensation & Perks:

Wage: $23.00 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Benefits: Full benefits package available after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)

Pick, pack, and prepare wholesale custom orders

Assemble/customize packaging

Apply labels and documentation

Verify specifications and quality

Perform basic data entry and updates in internal systems

Maintain inventory accuracy

Identify and resolve issues

Operate standard warehouse equipment/tools

Follow PPE requirements.

Maintain a clean, protected, and organized workspace

Support overall warehouse workflow

Required Skills

Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders in English.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Basic computer or system skills

Ability to learn internal systems (training provided)

Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability

Punctuality and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications Assets

1 year of experience in similar roles, fulfillment, packing, shipping, or light manufacturing.

Experience with label printers, handheld scanners, and shipping systems.





Prior experience handling customized/kitting orders or wholesale fulfillment.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements (Bona fide occupational requirements only)

Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods

Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, twisting, pivoting, stooping, and reaching.

Ability to use hands to perform repetitive tasks such as packing, labeling, taping, and cutting boxes.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Ability to read instructions, verify labels, and inspect product/packaging.

Work environment may include moderate noise or temperature variations

Shifts for this role may be up to 10 hours in length, and hours of work may vary based on operational needs. Where applicable, overtime will be paid in accordance with the ESA.
