Support guests at Banff Centre’s Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation Centre through customer service, membership records, and pool operations.
This Recreation Facility Staff position serves customers at the reception desk and throughout the facility. You will process memberships, merchandise sales, bookings, and cash outs while supporting protected facility operations. The work includes water treatment, chemical balancing, emergency first aid, and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a high level of service
Maintain membership records, sales, and end-of-day cash outs
Coordinate bookings and maintain data entry records
Produce photo identification cards for facility users
Enforce policies, cleaning procedures, and pool safety standards
Requirements: Certified Pool Operator Certificate or willingness to complete the course
Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR, AED, and oxygen qualifications
Post-secondary diploma
One to three years’ similar experience
Basic computer skills and flexible weekend availability
Bring customer service, accurate administration, and pool operations experience to Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation Centre.
