Analyze metrics and identify efficiency improvements
Requirements: 2-4+ years of retail leadership experience
Experience managing cash controls, deposits, and reconciliations
Solid leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
