Serve warm drinks and café treats at Pursuit’s Trailglow Retail Shop while using strong customer service and cash handling skills. Work mainly indoors, with some outdoor winter duties required.
As an F&B; Attendant, you will prepare café menu items, process payments, and support memorable Trailglow visits. You will work alongside Guest Experience and Retail teams while cross-training for admissions and retail coverage. Attention to detail, communication, and adaptability are essential across changing duties.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare hot beverages, baked goods, and grab-and-go snacks
Deliver prompt, friendly, professional service to guests
Process cash, credit, debit, and voucher transactions accurately
Stock, rotate, label,



and monitor café inventory levels
Support admissions and retail duties when required
Requirements: Robust customer service and communication skills
Cash handling experience
Serving It Right certification is mandatory
Ability to learn POS systems and Ventrata quickly
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
