This full time position supports production continuity through equipment changeovers, verification runs, sanitation, and documentation. You will work with measuring tools, material-handling devices, and production teams. The role requires technical judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and reposition equipment for product changeovers
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and drive-related issues
Operate hoists and jacks around heavy equipment
Verify products and processes using measuring tools
Maintain hygiene, documentation,



and operational standards
Requirements: One to two years of machine or setup operation experience
Continuous process manufacturing experience, preferably food or pharmaceutical
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Ability to perform heavy lifting and climb stairs
Legal eligibility to work full-time in Canada
