Bayshore Home Care Solutions seeks caring Health Care Aides for casual assignments across Strathmore and surrounding Wheatland County communities. You will provide customized care in clients’ homes while building trusting relationships with clients and families. Travel between assigned communities is required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional home and community health care services

Support client quality of life, dignity, and independence
Build solid, trusting relationships with clients and families
Document and communicate using provided mobile devices
Requirements: Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker credential, or equivalent
Fluency in written and spoken English
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
Active Alberta CLHA status, supervisory references, and required screenings
Use your health care aide training and communication skills to deliver respectful home care throughout Strathmore and Wheatland County.
