As an Investment Support Officer, you will process adjustments, transfers, exceptions, and operational inquiries for BNS Mutual Funds. The work covers registered and non-registered accounts, service-level agreements, and dealer communication. You will maintain operational knowledge while supporting accurate, timely service.
Key Responsibilities: Complete Fundserv activities within established service-level agreements
Process and verify adjustments and transfer requests
Investigate exceptions, outstanding items, and operational inquiries
Follow up on requests through resolution




Escalate complex matters and dealer concerns appropriately
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or Commerce
Financial services or mutual fund experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
