As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support Sobeys’ national pharmacy team across banners including Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, and FreshCo. Your work helps provide exceptional patient-centered care while meeting health needs. Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble prescriptions through accurate pharmacy data entry
Process customer transactions and release prescriptions
Receive refill requests and record deliveries
Complete compounding and pill pack assembly
Order supplies, file prescriptions, and maintain cleanliness
Requirements: Preferred Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from recognized post-secondary institute
Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to implement applicable company standards
