Coordinate Advisory Services projects for BDC through billing, portfolio administration, and operational follow-up within a hybrid work model. This full time six-month contract supports a national virtual team.
As Administrative Coordinator, Advisory Services, you will independently administer projects throughout their operational lifecycle. The work includes proposals, resource assignments, amendments, invoicing, accounts receivable, subsidy requirements, and closure. You will guide Business Advisors and internal partners while applying procedures, controls, service standards, and delegated authorities.
Key Responsibilities: Administer assigned Advisory Services projects from proposal through closure
Validate proposal information and follow up on identified gaps
Coordinate resources, approvals, project updates, and operational hand-offs
Process amendments, billing,



invoices, subsidies, and accounts receivable matters
Maintain portfolio records, reports, follow-up lists, and monitoring information
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Two to three years of relevant administrative or operational experience
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently
Knowledge of billing, budgets, controls, risk, and data accuracy
Microsoft Office proficiency and clear stakeholder communication skills
