As a life and living perks advisor, you will support members of unions and working families requesting services. You will service and sell life, health, critical illness, disability, and group benefit solutions. The position includes client presentations, policyholder service, sales targets, compliance reporting, and weekly training. Paz Organization represents AIL and has provided insurance and supplemental benefits for 70 years.
Key Responsibilities: Make inbound and outbound calls to requested service members
Set appointments and present benefits packages to union members




Service and sell life and health benefit solutions
Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
Complete compliance documentation and participate in training
Requirements: Hold or be willing to obtain LLQP licensing
Pass a background check and work legally in Canada
Demonstrate strong communication skills and organization
Use Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite competently
Be at least 18 with high school education
Use supplied leads, benefits expertise, and transparent communication to support Paz Organization policyholders and working families remotely.
