Operate wheel loaders and skid steers safely for Emterra Group on a full-time schedule with four days on and three days off.
The Equipment Operator supports waste diversion and the circular economy by operating site machinery efficiently. Daily work includes inspections, documentation, communication with supervisors and management, and assigned duties. Customer service, safety, and physical requirements are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, and site equipment safely
Complete daily equipment inspections and documentation
Communicate concerns and suggestions to supervisors and management
Support other assigned duties on site
Requirements: Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
Willingness to learn safe equipment operation
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to meet physical and English language requirements
Bring machinery interest, reliable communication, and safety awareness to equipment operations supporting Emterra Group’s recycling and waste services.
