FTAI Aviation seeks a junior propulsion engineer for its production-oriented delivery cell. You will support powerplant engineers, investigate discrepancies, and communicate technical issues. The work connects engine maintenance, configuration, compliance, and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot CFM56 engines during strip and build activities
Guide inspections, workscope changes, and technical issue resolution
Track maintenance changes and communicate them to management
Review ESV reports, LLP traceability, and dirty fingerprints
Evaluate parts for repair,



scrap, or inventory return
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
Maintenance, repair, and overhaul experience or study
Awareness of FARs, CARs, SBs, and ADs
Solid analytical, investigative, and root cause analysis skills
Fluent English and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
