You will investigate recovery potential, negotiate outcomes, control external expenses, and maintain accurate claims records. The position also involves directing counsel and participating in legal disposition programs.
Key Responsibilities: Pursue recovery opportunities through subrogation
Recognize, investigate, quantify, and negotiate recovery potential
Control external expenses while delivering customer service
Maintain recovery databases, financial records, and adequate reserves
Attend mediations, pre-trials, and court when required
Requirements: Minimum one year of Property Claims handling experience
Two to five years of Subrogation Recovery experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work within cross-functional teams
Guidewire, Xact Analyst, or litigation experience preferred
