Key Responsibilities: Supervise unionized mill maintenance personnel and external contractors
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate routine and preventative maintenance scheduling
Collaborate with operating departments and planners




Mentor employees through observation and feedback
Requirements: Red seal trade certificate, mechanical engineering diploma, or degree
At least two years supervising trades in unionized industrial facilities
Excellent communication, listening, and feedback integration skills
Robust planning, prioritizing, and delegation abilities
MS Office and CMMS experience, with legal Canadian work eligibility
