The Broadcasting Coordinator manages daily Senate Recording Centre operations within Communications, Broadcasting and Publications. This full time, six-month term position supports recording and distributing Senate Chamber and committee proceedings. It also requires scheduling events, monitoring feeds, video editing, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor ParlVU audio and video feeds
Coordinate and schedule broadcasting events effectively
Perform quality assurance checks on audio-video files
Support video editing for communications projects




Manage daily Senate Recording Centre operations
Requirements: Post-secondary broadcasting diploma, degree, or relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience supporting live broadcasts with recording equipment
Experience providing client service and writing correspondence
Willingness to work late evenings and obtain security accreditation
