Bayshore HealthCare seeks a caring Registered Practical Nurse for hands-on clinic care and possible community work. You will provide personalized care, teach clients and families, and delegate tasks to different worker levels. The practice includes chronic disease management and health teaching.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized care to clients visiting the Dundas Clinic
Provide pediatric, palliative, wound, and IV therapy care
Manage chronic diseases and teach clients about health
Teach and delegate tasks to workers and family members
Manage diabetes care when applicable
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Current valuable-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Two to five years of recent relevant nursing experience
Experience in a fast-paced clinic or medical environment
Wound, diabetes, IV, or CVAD experience is an asset
Bring clinic nursing, health teaching, and specialized care experience to Bayshore’s Dundas team serving Ontario clients.
